User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsTo Whom at Comcast that realy cares. Comcast has no integrity when it comes to customer service. Our bill has been wrong starting in January.Comcast took my personal modem, Told me that it was (No Good) installed a comcast modem, billed me for there modem (of course). Comcast took my modem installed it in a costomer's home (works great there) Daa. So comcast I will send you a bill for the use of my modem at the rate of $200.00 per month. What an unAmerican company Comcast you all should be ashamed. Very unhappy Captain Kangaroo acc#921004504-0001
