My experience with Valley-Hi Honda was rated very Poor. I had my oil changed on Friday my service advisor was Craig A. Kemerer. I asked about coupons and if Valley-Hi had stop sending them to their customers he replied NO. We usually send them out via e-mail. I had not received any coupons via e-mail. I comment to him how great Toyota customer service is and when I ask for a coupon I usually get one or as a frequent customer my service advisor Rocky and Mike will comp my oil change as they know I will be back over the years. Craig had a bad attitude and I will not be back to get my oil change at Valley Hi. Thanks for the great customer service NOT.....

I am really impressed with this dealership. I really appreciate our salesmans (Dustin Keaton)patience as I changed my mind on color a few times. He worked hard to get the color I finally chose. I called a lot of places before choosing this dealership and I got the deal promised on the phone. I am truly excited about my new odyssey and very happy with the customer service I received. I would recommend this dealership to a friend.
