I was just in Spicy's today September 7, 2009 for a few drinks with friends at around 5:00pm. After closing out our bar tab my boyfriend asked the new bartender on duty for his credit card, which was on hold for a tab, Christina was our bartender initially(nice girl). The bartender informed us that she could not find the credit card. My boyfriend Matthew then became very concerned and the girl, who had shoulder length dark brown hair overheard me say to our friend that she couldn't find the card then turned around and said "f**k off I'm trying to find it" to which my boyfriend heard her and told her not to curse at me or any of us. She turned around and preceeded to look for the card. He had a feeling it was under the check holders placed by the register. The bartender had bouncers come over and attempt to remove us before the card was even discovered. Sure enough the card was under the check holders infront of the register. She created a situation that did not need to escalate to the level that it did. She was beyond rude for absolutely no reason what so ever. A bartender that uses foul language at a paying patron is unexcusable and should have been dealt with then instead of arguing with a person who could have possibly had a stolen credit card. I am sorry to say that we live locally and I will make sure to tell all of our friends about this current incident and they also will boycott your business. It's a shame on their one employees behalf because we have never had to deal with such an abrasive and confrontational person in that establishment or any. Not that it matters but our tip on the bill was 105% which we always leave due to our previous jobs in the hospitality and restaurant management industry.

Never go there!!!! I live near by and met a friend there for a drink. Some guy came up and started messing with us. I asked security to help us out and the security smirked at me and did NOTHING to help us out! (on a side note i'm only 4'11" and this guy was about 6'3") Isn't security supposed to help keep you safe!

Went to spicys 2 weeks ago with friends. the appetizer sampler was great, not much food for the price. dinner, so-so. service was outstanding and there was a woman, i guess manager or chef or something at the pass handing food out to the servers, making sure everything was right. that really was great, i'd love to see that more often, really put the touch on this restaurant!
