User Rating: 4 out of 5 starscity zoning laws: A Baily was very helpful and helped me with my paperwork (for a fee). Every time I called back they gave me honest answers and worked with me to solve my problem. The city of elizabeth was very uncooperative in causing this problem by not telling me there was any problem when they came to inspect, instead I found out one month later I had failed which delayed my closing.
