    I'm not sure where the other folks live that got "cold pizza", but they deliver it in insulated pouches, so I can't understand how it can be cold unless you live at the edge of their delivery route.

    I've ordered from them about 5 times now, and the pizza is always hot, fresh, and delicious. Their salads and fried mushrooms are great too. I've never talked to the owner that I'm aware of.
    Delivery at first was really slow, but has since improved.

    slower than christmas: The three times we tried ordering from them they were slower than Christmas. Not only that, all three times the food was far from warm. We got lucky and it was semi-lukewarm once but outside of that, I've not even been remotely impressed. I've tried both the chicken tenders and the cheeseburger and neither one was any better than I can get from Wendy's. Perhaps the dine-in service is better but I have little to no desire to find out.

    Honestly....the best pizza in town. I never tried their delivery service.
