User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsFriends of mine live near Sea Cliff Bagel Cafe. Whenever I visit from Boston, I look forward to grabbing a bite to eat there. Always wonderful food, very clean, and the staff works hard to get the food in a timely fashion. This isn't always an easy task given the line during peak times.

I found a ROACH in my coffee cup. The old man is deaf and under cooked my egg sandwich. The whole staff is spanish and do not understand english at all. The owners are never helping customers they are just supervisors, of the show. The bagels are sometimes days old, the department of health has them documented for numerous code violations. I would not feed the food t my dog

What a wonderful addition to the Sea Cliff area and conveniently located next to the North Shore Middle & High Schools. They make the best bagels around and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Salads are good and fresh too. Definitely worth a visit or several!!!

You obviously have never been to our store. We only serve fresh bagels and give the remaining bagels to people in need. We don't have nor have we ever had roaches. Customers have on occasion actually gone in the back unexpectedly and had commented how clean our kitchen is. Check our record with the board of health! Sounds like you are a disgruntled employee, and I have a very good idea who it is! Get on with your life! Thanks to the wonderful customers that love and enjoy coming to our store!
