I was here for my birthday, and really had a nice time. It is certainly their off season, but everything was tasty. I didn't feel it was the best fine dining I've had in town, but it was quite pleasing and the service was exquisite!

My wife and I were just in your restaurant this Saturday night and have to say that we were not at all impressed with the new menu that you created. We have eaten at your place many times before and the food was excellent. Chef Steve does an outstanding job with the food pairing. We have now come to find out that Chef Steve is no longer with you and thats a shame because you can really tell that the quality and presentation is just not there. I would say that we might be back, but with what you are charging the customers, really is not a deal. Not that we are cheap, we are here for the great food and you have lost that with this currant menu and service. You might want to reconsider changing the menu or at least take the time to think about a great menu. Even if you had to get some ideas from Chef Steve might be a good step in the right direction. Just food for thought.

I recently had to entertain some clients who were visiting from abroad and was trying to decide where to bring them in Green Bay. I stumbled upon Marco's while searching the internet and their menu peaked my interest. I didn't realize that Green Bay had a gourmet seafood restaurant! When we walked in the door the atmosphere blew me away. The view was gorgeous and the outdoor patio was fabulous. The service was fantastic and the waiter was able to answer all questions our table had. When the entrees came we were amazed at the beautiful presentation of each item. Not only did it look good, it tasted amazing! The preparation and culmination of ingredients was the best I have ever had! I now bring all my clients down to Marco's to show them the best Green Bay has to offer.
