Well,let me tell you this i will NEVER GO BACK!! she cut my hair so uneven ican not beleive this lady is even in bussiness. First time and last time. I wish i would have seen the review before i went to this place .No wonder why she so cheap for haircuts.

I went to "Back to your roots" on 9-17-09 with long beautiful hair and came out with the worst hack job I ever had in my life!! I ask her to cut my bangs and 2 " off the length. Should took about 7 " off the length and hack my hair so bad not one side doesn't even match the other. I'm sick at heart over how bad this women hack my hair. While I was sitting there ,I was in shock she was doing this. I didn't know what to say. At one time she turn me away from the mirror so I couldn't see what she was doing and when she turn me back I just sat there. I should not have tip her but I did. When I got out to my car and look at my hair I was horrified at what she did.SO, if you have LONG hair do not go there she will talk you into something you do not want . She only know how to hack up short hair .I should have know when i walk in and saw that everyone in there had short hack job hair cuts . So , if i were you RUN FOR THE HILL. GET IN YOUR CAR AND DRIVE AS FAST AS YOU CAN TO GET AWAY FROM HER! She should not even have a license. She need a lot more schooling.

5 STARS: I had an appointment for a spa manicure and pedicure. I was greeted by the staff with kindness and everyone was so pleasant. Ann provided my services. She is such a delight. In addition, she was very knowledgable and provided a spectacular spa manicure and pedicure. It was so relaxing. The prices are very reasonable too. I made my next 2 appointments before I left. I definitely recommend Back To Your Roots.

Yea , We must have went to the same women. She mess my hair up also. I no longer have long hair because of that place. Its all family that works there,and it in the basement of there home. They are just messing up everyone hair in washington Co.
