first of all jeffrey is a lier there are no tvs outside and if you leave your trash out side they charge you $50 per day the new manager is horrable un less your mexican she hase to be the most racist person that has worked there

This is a great apartment. I am moving out this month because I need to relocate up north. I have a one bedroom one bath with a study on the 3rd floor.

Here are the reasons I liked the place:

1. The appliances are relatively new.
2. The pool is clean and there are grills with outside flat screen TVs which is pretty nice. (I've never used the grills but I have used the pool and TVs)
3. I've never used the computer area, but it's nice to have the option.
4. The gym is minimal: 2 treadmills, 2 elliptical trainers, 1 bike, a weight area, free weights, medicine balls, pads, and a eight machine. (It gets the job done and 5. I've used it a lot because it's much better than paying 40 bucks for 24 hour... which is right down the street if you prefer)
5. It's an awesome location. (Walmart 5 min, starbucks 2 min, convenience store across the street, movie theater right next to Walmart.)
6. Quiet. I've never heard or seen a big party.
7. There's a playground. I have a 3 year old and there are little kids EVERYWHERE and tricycles under every staircase. This is really nice because she has kids to play with and it feels like a community.
8. They have community events that are run by some girl that isn't even a staff member. She was really sweet. Once she was giving out free fruit and water by the playground another time there was a movie night for the kids (we didn't go, but the option was nice.)
9. THEY PICK UP THE TRASH AT YOUR DOOR! I have actually never lived in an apartment where you didn't have to bring your trash to the dumpster... so it being my first time... I loved it.
10. There are really nice trails right outside the gate for walking and running.
11. The apartment is quite spacious.
12. I've never had a problem where I needed help from the staff or maintenance.

Here are a few of the things I disliked:

1. When we first moved in they had some people clean the carpet. The company sucked. They just wet the carpet basically. Get some other company to do it or do it yourself.
2. The machines in the gym are down sometimes.
3. THIS ONE IS BIG! There is two of us and a child... which means two cars. But with a one bedroom you only get ONE PARKING SPOT! There are only 17 guest spots total, and you can't rent another spot. So if you don't manage to get one the extra spots you have to park across the street at the gas station.... THAT SUCKS!

Overall, it was a nice place to live. I'd recommend it. I just figured since everyone is so negative on these review sites I would give an honest review.

Not perfect, but it's an apartment. If you want perfect... buy a frikkin' house.

ya like the person before i had them sign off on my walk through and have yet to see anything, no paper work no phone calls even tho i have been harassing them for almost 4 months now. i get the same excuse about the paperwork being at corporate. i have phone records to prove no one has contacted me not a single time. basically i'm going to pursue these people because they are shady business people and they deserve it. the lady actually gave me the corp number like the other person said its just a message machine and the office girl actually said "good luck on getting them to call back".!! she kept telling me that my 285.00 "wasn't that much money". like i should just give up and forget about it. she said that she had a real estate license and that I could not sue them and that they do not have to follow the rules set out in the states tenants rights handbook!! basically she tried to deter me and get me to give up. i'm not going to give up and i'm not going to forget about it. i don't care how much time or money it takes i will get these people and expose them for what they are to everyone. they are low income so they should understand how hard people have to work for a dollar. they are thieves. they also doctored my paper work so that i would "qualify". i also had tons of bugs, spiders, crickets everywhere. the security gate never worked, ever. and maintenance never ever left notice when they entered the apt which they are required to do by state law. this company is not in good standing and has several liens against them. they tried to tell me over the phone that they charge a carpet cleaning move out fee which again by state law they are not allowed to do unless they put it explicitly in writing on the lease as a non refundable fee, upfront!! but since they have failed to send me ANY information about my deposit they couldn't answer for sure whether i was charged for carpet cleaning because "the paper work is at corporate, let me take your name and number and i'll call you back" BULL F-ing SH@#. DON'T RENT HERE
