I would not go back to this place.: I have been taking my dog here for a little over a year until I was disappointed by how they handled my dog's injury that took place in their facility. The staff and the owners failed to see that my dog had a hole in her trachea from a fight she had with another dog under their care at that time. When I got there to pick her up, she was shaking and isolated herself at a corner of a room with her tail completely tucked, with a hole in her swollen neck. In short, she seemed completely out of it. Some of air was escaping from her trachea instead of going into her lungs. That night, I ended up taking her to a vet emergency room AND a surgical emergency room an hour away, where she spent a night in the emergency critical care unit. Not only did they not apologize for their failure to see her neck injury but one of the owners tried to convince me that my dog was not in pain. He also did not want to pull out the dog that bit my dog because he said that the injury was not severe enough and becasue it was the first time that they have seen the dog bite another dog. I would never take my dog there ever again for safety reasons.

The guy owner appeared to be pushy.: I went to this place to check it out. Before I left, I told the guy owner that I would send my dog for a trial day to see if she likes this place. The next day, the guy owner called me AT WORK IN THE MORNING and asked for my credit card number so he could enroll me in buying a 20 day package. I told him I first want to try the place for a day, but he kept asking for my credit card number. I just couldn't believe how pushy he was. He seemed as though all he cared about was money, not the pets.

Professional in every way!: Had to find a new place in a pinch over the Christmas holiday, Joel the owner returned my call the same day. Note* I called late afternoon, I didn't expect a return call so soon. Came in for a tour, clean facilties and friendly staff. I have no hesitation bringing Hunter back anytime I need to leave town.
