   DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE!They ruined one of my husbands work shirts.Credited my account.Melted a button on another luckly they got it out.Then magically losted my shorts (Which the owner said i spent how much on shorts)Really should that matter they are my shorts the are my dress shorts did he pay the 45.99 for them no i did. I cannot believe they gave me a hard time about it. Went there several times to get my money to buy new shorts never got it the woman owner tells me they will have my money ready then when i go back up there oh look no money the man that owns it says he'll come look at the recpiet which i left for him and call me later oh look again no phone call no money nothing. Never answer the phone called atleast 4-5 times so then i drive up there just to get the run around.Is it my fault the shorts ran out by themselves no its my fault for bringing them there.DO NOT GO THERE go check out there bbb file i will be filing a complaint today.

   USED TO BE MY FAVORITE PLACE TO HAVE DRY CLEANING DONE UNTIL THEY HIRED AND INEXPERIENCE TEENAGER TO RUN SATELLITE LOCATION. ALSO LITCHFIELD LOCATION DOESN'T READ CARE TAGS. HAD EXPENSIVE NAVY DRESS UNIFORM IN FOR LAUNDERING AND PRESSING. AS WITH MOST UNIFORMS IT IS DRY CLEAN ONLY. IT WAS WASHED IN THE CONVENTIONAL MANNER SO BEING 100% WOOL IT SHRUNK. ALSO WAS PRESSED IMPROPERLY. HAD THEY ONLY READ THE CARE TAG, THEY WOULD HAVE HAD EXACT INSTRUCTIONS AS TO HOW TO CARE FOR IT. OWNER WILL NOT STEP UP TO THE PLATE, BUT IT IS VERY OBVIOUS THAT IT WAS WASHED. BE WARE!!!!! THEY ALSO HAVE 2 UNANSWERED COMPLAINTS AT THE BBB. SOON TO HAVE 3.
