User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI used this service in order to have a lighter etched for my husband. Not only was Mr. Elligson polite, but kind and VERY PATIENT with me. He had the custom work done immediately and sent out through UPS the same day. All of our correspondence was done online and I never felt as if I was placed last on his "to do" list. I believe that any person or business would enjoy to have work done with this company and I also felt his rates were MORE THAN REASONABLE. Now that I have received my lighter, I would have expected to pay double. Please try them out. I gave a chance on a company in Utah, after having the item sent directly from the PA mfg. co, and received it in Chicago in perfect condition. I WILL use them again. Thank you.
