    Studio M: I moved to Sonoma after practicing Pilates in Berkely for ten years. Everyone suggested I find the same teacher, Madeline Black, Director at Studio M. I took this advice and found Studio M. The studio is very well equipped, spacious and beautiful. The staff have all been wonderful to work with. The change for me has been a welcome blessing.

    PILATES!!: I have been visiting the studio for more than a year - Sue is the best pilates instructor I have ever had. I highly recommend her!
