User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe worst lending company I've ever dealt with. Please, please do not deal with them, you will regret it. They don't return your call, they give you false information. Awful. Our contact Dave Gesin said he locked our rate at 4.75%. Then we received an application with a 5% rate and a $1,900 new fee because they could no longer honor the rate. He never had the decency to pick up the phone and tell us about it... We found out ourselves by going over the new application... after we had already paid for a $650 appraisal. This is an absolute nightmare.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsA truly Classy and Knowledgeable Bank: E Mortgage Management recently handled the refinance of my property. The Loan Officer who handled my mortgage was well-versed on all types of different programs and laid out all my options in plain english for me to see.
This experience was so rewarding and the company as a whole was extremely helpful in all parts of the refinance process. From start to finish it only took about 2 business weeks to close. My situation wasn't pretty but now i feel so lucky to have worked with such a reputable company!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsE Mortgage is horrible!: This is the worst mortgage company I have ever dealt with. They do not return your calls, they give you false information. I would strongly suggest that you do not do business with E Mortgage you will regret it! And the only reason I put a star is because, I could not exit the review screen with out putting one in.

After reviewing the file we found out that the client's mortage application wasn't completely correct. The estimated value of the property was far less than expected and this is why the original agreement wasn't honored. We provide a fair deal that would save the clients a significant amount of money and they decided to decline the offer. We did everything we could do to satisfy the client and were willing to make absolutely no profit to get the loan done. Dave is one of our best loan officer's with countless compliments on how he has helped many clients.
