I have order shower invites, housewarming invites, address stamps and more from Paper Trail and they d a great job in a very timely fashion! I'm usually running behind - I have my proof e-mailed to me by the next day and the invitations are on the way! Great selection and service.
Go to Paper Trail if you want fast, professional, high quality service and invitations! I had been all over Lafayette looking for cute, original, and inexpensive invitations for a sorority function I was hosting in a few weeks, but nothing was really what I was looking for. When I went to Paper Trail, I was given the option of choosing from their various in-stock predesined invitations or I could choose from their blank card stock and design my very own original invitation! This was exactly what I had in mind! Kristyl, one of the very helpful and attentive employees, helped me from start to finsih with the selection of the cardstock, wording, and design. My order was proofed and printed within about 3 days! I was very pleased with the outcome and several of my guests commmented on how nice the invites were. I recently returned to order surprise birthday party invitations for a friend and had an equally pleasant experience. I will definately be recommending Paper Trail to everyone I know! They have earned a loyal customer for life! :)
WARNING: I ordered my 200 wedding invitations through Paper Trail, and was extremely upset when I saw them, because they looked nothing like what I paid for! The colors were ugly and cheap!! First, I was ripped off when I purchased a proof, because I was charged an expensive fee to purchase a proof, since I was concerned about the ink colors and overall look of the invitation, and was told that the proof would be an actual invitation to be mailed to me. I was told that I would have to approve the proof for the order to be sent in... Then, I recieved only an e-mailed proof that had UGLY colors, and when I called about my concerns, the store owner reassured me over and over that the ink colors would look nothing like on the proof since it was strictly for spell-check and fonts purposes only! I even referenced another sample invitation to the owner, using the same sample book that mine were picked out from, to show her the exact colors that I wanted to order, and she kept telling me that the colors would look EXACTLY LIKE THE OTHER INVITATION since they were from the same book! The owner lied to me over and over just to convince me to approve the proofs, then when I saw the UGLY invitations that matched the e-mailed proof, the owner told me that she'd do nothing about it to help me, since I had approved the proofs and knew what I was ordering!!! She even had the nerve to tell me that nobody who looks at the invitation will know that the colors aren't what I wanted!!! She was VERY RUDE and did not care one bit about ripping me off and screwing my wedding invitations up!! So I ran out of time to order new invitations, and ended up stuck with these hideous invitations that cost a fortune!! I WILL NOT EVER REFER ANYONE TO PAPER TRAIL!!!

Can someone say bridezilla?? It sounds like you just didnt like what you ordered so you want to put it on the store you got it from. I have been going to paper trail since they opened a few years ago and they have always been helpful and given me awesome invitations.
Oh... I agree. I've been there several times and they always bent over backwards to help me. I find this horror story very hard to believe.
