I have tried this place three times (the last time because they had given me a free dinner after the second visit) and will never go back. The first visit the order was botched badly by the waiter and some of our group's food was cold. So tried a second time. Again the order was botched. First, the salads were wrong. No bread was ever served even after requesting it twice. A couple of us ordered the special but were served something else because "the special ran out over an hour before" but the waiter didn't seem to know this and no one informed us that there would be a switcheroo. So food had to be returned and reordered. In addition, one other steak brought out was the wrong type of steak. Thus, one person had their food and three others got to watch that person eat. Manager gaves us this meal free including desert and coupons for free meals and appetizers for a third visit. Unfortunately, the third visit was just as bad as the first two.
Absolutely fantastic! A little pricier than say, Applebee's, but appropriate because it's tons better! The steak is very delicious, very juicy, seasoned perfectly and cooked just right. The baked potato is the best that I've EVER had! Yum! Salads are good, sometimes on the Caesar, they get a little dressing-happy, but that's alright because the service and the rest of the food make up for it. :)
Can't wait to go back!
This has been a great addition to the Lake Ridge area. They're a bit pricey, but the food is great, and they more than make up for it with their unbelievable happy hour prices (22 oz. Yuengling for $2!) and Wednesday night beer bottle specials after 7 PM. In addition, kids' meals are free on Wednesdays with the purchase of adult meals. There is no better place in the area to have a drink and watch a game. I would love to see them expand their menu a bit; it really hasn't changed since they originally opened, but you'll never go away hungry or dissatisfied.
