I purchased a Dodge sport truck from Mark motors and for the past 3 years i have said that i wouldn't purchase from them because of what i had heard from many people about the dealer not standing behind there sales. Any how i told the salesman that i would buy this truck and i keeped my word. Well i should have purchased from another dealer because i spent 17,000.00 on this truck with electrical problems less than 30 days after i purchased my cost to fix is about 1000.00 that they want me to pay to fix less then 30 days after purchase now i know why i was told not to purchase from them. I fact i was told that from a auto tec that works for them what he told me is exactly what they did. I just feel that i truck with 42000 mile shouldn't have trouble like this.
needless to say me or the company that i manage will not be purchasing anymore trucks or cars from them. I am sure that the purchase of 3 new trucks and 2 new cars won't make a big deal to them but maybe together we can let them know they should take care of there customers after the sale.
