    I will NOT be going back !!!!: My daughter had a formal dress that needed the zipper replaced. I took the dress to Comet and they assured me it would be back on thursday, I was totally happy with that. When I received the dress back, the zipper appeared to be fixed. Saturday night, the night of homecoming dance, she tried to put the dress on and zip it up and noticed that the zipper was still broken. I contacted the Schertz Comet cleaners and was given a full refund, however, it does not change the fact that I was charged $ 45 for an alteration that never happened !! Not to mention, my daughter could not go to her homecoming dance because of someone being lazy and deceitful ! I have no intentions of ever going back to comet cleaners and would strongly suggest that if you allow them to do alterations, please check them thouroughly before you leave the store !!
