PiP is one of the best places to eat pizza in the area. New York style thin crust - the staff will make most anything you want. Locally owned, one of the owners is there most everytime we visit. They keep a small selection of pizza on the bar during buffet times, but the will ask and make most any pizza you want. If you are a regular or semi-regular customer, they remember and start making it automatically!
PiP doesn't do just pizza, they have a salad bar (that would be complete with eggs), calzones, and a selection of other sandwiches and italian dishes. The atmosphere is laid back and has a nice selection of games for kids of all ages including pool and air hockey. There is even a special beach room for having birthday parties. Its not high class, street clothes are welcome; its just a great place to go with friends!
To top it all off, PiP regularly has live music on the weekends and sponsors a regular monthly car cruise throughout the summer. If you haven't been, and you like pizza, its worth the trip out of the way to try Pizza in Paradise. Its our favorite place to eat pizza in the area (Elizabethtown to Bowling Green). The only place I would possibly prefer more would be the "Mellow Mushroom" in Nashville, but thats 2 hours away, and I'm not sure if I don't like PiP more!
A very friendly and fun atmoshere. The pizza is above average and the specials are usaully a good deal. The buffet is very good and the owner will usually ask what kind of pizza you would like when he/she is making buffet pizzas......you won't get that at many places. This is the best place to have a child's party in brownsville. Plenty of room for even a wild bunch. The owners are very kind, hard working locals. I will continue to support there business when I'm in the mood for pizza.
