The technicial was great, fixed my problem and was very knowledgable. He was running ahead of schedule and called me to see if he could come by early, which I thankfully agreed to. He also gave me tips on how to better maintain my furnace for the future. I highly recommend their service and will definitely use them again.

thorough and very good: I had an "ignition module" go out on my furnace, which required an upgrade kit because the manufacturer stopped making it (due to previous faulty manufacturing). I called around to multiple heating/cooling places and all gave me a price range of $400 - $500. Only 1 gave me an actual price - $355 parts & labor. The serviceman was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took the time to answer all of my questions and answered them without any technical jargon.

If you need your furnace looked at, you should definitely include these guys to make sure you are getting the absolute best deal. I would, and definitely will, recommend them to anyone that asks.
