Phone has more features than Verizon, but is not quite as reliable - but we are still VERY happy with it. I was hesitant that Time Warner service might not be very good here in Walkersville, but it's been 18 months and we're very happy with everything. Because each time someone made an error where we lost service, or certain rooms were not connected properly. When the first guy showed up to install the cable the price was $50.00 higher than what I was quoted for complete installation. The additional amount was an "installation fee" that was left out of the all inclusive quote. The service for cable TERRIBLE, it would randomly go out, and frequently we would have to have a technician come out to fix the problem as the person on the phone could not solve the often simple issue. -

At all costs "if you can" avoid TWC, I have had issues related to internet for over 2yrs that have never been resolved. My last service technician had to be thrown out of my house for threatening & abusive behavior!
