Customer Service: AWFUL Pictures (if they give you time to select them) Good We have 3 kids ages 5 and under and have visited Portrait Innovations several times. They are ALWAYS late making customers wait (even when we have had a 9AM apt) and they always insist on taking all the images in both locations in the studio - very annoying if you don't even like the background they are using. On this last visit, the photog (female and I will leave her name out) was quite rude. She quickly took the pictures being short with us throughout like she thought she was wasting her time (it was just of my husband and I this time). When we got to the picture selection, she rushed us through, skipping to the card selection. We had not even selected our pictures yet and she was checking us out! She never went back to the cards, so I had to return and fight for them later. I wrote a letter of dissatisfacion and never received a reply. I plan on finding a new place to take our family for pictures. Getting pictures taken should be a fun, positive experience - not stressful!
