I used these movers and they were abosolutlely terrible. First i had an appt to make my move from 10p to 2p. They were late. I tried to be patient and give them time. The FIRST time i called, they told me the movers were running slightly late. They told me they would call me back in a few min. to give me an update. over an hour past and i called again. The exact same thing happened. So i wait over another hour.... same thing... They did not arrive until 6:30p. They asked for money up front so they can make the move. That was another mistake. they were not careful with my things scratched up my new walls. My order called for them to disassemble and reassmble my bed and dresser. The movers disassmebled my bed to move it and once they had my things into my new apt its was past 10p. they refused to put my bed together because they didn';t put my furniture where i wanted them to and he said "the other guys is already in the truck we work 1 to 10p" Well if they showed up on time they wouldn't have that problem.

I used this moving company because a friend referred them. That was the biggest mistake I ever made. I had my move scheduled for Friday and when they didn't show up on time, I called and was told they were running about 1-1/2 hours behind schedule. The person on the phone told me they would be there by 6pm and when they didn't show up again, I called back and they told me the movers would be done by 8:30 pm and did I still want them to come. I told them not tonight, so they rescheduled me as a priority move for the next day. I was told by the guy on the phone I would be moved at 7:30 in the morning. Well, it turns out the guy didn't reschedule the move and when they didn't show up I called again and was told by a manager that she would call me back. Well guess what? She didn't call me back. I called back for the hundredth time it seemed like and was told by another manager that the movers would be at my apartment by 5:00 pm. I asked if there was a way for me to receive some sort of a discount for the inconvenience and I was told since the ticket had already been printed there was no way to receive a discount. That wasn't true because my friend got a 10% discount when they forgot to include her dryer in the cost of the move. So, I asked them if they could move some other things at no extra cost and they said sure. When the movers finally showed up they had a problem with moving the extra furniture and gave me attitude about it. After that problem was taken care of, all of my furniture was loaded and on it’s way. As soon as we arrived at the new address the mover opened my storm door and he broke the handle off. He handed it to me, said he was sorry and went on his merry way. I called the moving company on Monday and was told since I didn't report it as soon as it happened, they were not liable. They also lost the wheels to my daughter's bed and they are not liable for that either. The moral of the story is you get what you pay for. They were the cheapest company I received a quote from and since my friend used them, I figured they were a respectable company. I was wrong and I will never use them again. Nor will I refer them to anyone. One last thing, the movers who actually did the job, did nothing but talk trash about them. That speaks volumes to me.
