HealthQuest Chiropractic and Wellness Center: Hello, this is Dr. Jamy from HealthQuest Chiropractic and Wellness Center. I feel I must respond to the negative review that was written about my office, as the review is a very unfair and misleading analysis of my office, and anyone who does an online search for HealthQuest will, no doubt, come across this negative review.

The person who wrote the review states “They will try to trick into committing by saying they do accept your insurance and then tell you your insurance is worthless when in fact it isn't. Be careful the prices just keep going up and up.”

I assure you that we have never “tricked” anyone in our office. I have been in business for four years, and by God’s grace and provision, HealthQuest is one of the largest chiropractic and wellness clinics in Carver County. I’m confident if I or my staff made a habit out of tricking people, I would have been out of business years ago.

The majority of our business comes from internal referrals from existing clients; again, I’m fairly confident that if we were dishonest, no one would refer anybody to us!

The person also stated that the "prices keep going up and up" Well, I must say that statement is quite amusing, as I haven't increased my fees for over four years!

I recomend this to everyone: It is very unfortunate that one persons bad experience with insurance lead them to not only give a poor rating but to be dissatisfied with the service. I have been going to Dr.Jamy for over three months now and can not express enough how much better my life has become. I was involved in several car accidents and did not suffer from any major injuries that I was aware of until a year after the first major accident.
I was waking up in the middle of the night with shooting pains going through my upper left leg which left it throbbing and numb. This left me with many sleepless nights and painful mornings. I found Dr.Jamy and he immediately took x-rays of my back and found several subluxations in my back and neck. My neck was at a -5 degree curve and the norm is about +40 degrees, that would explain all my headaches that I thought were normal. Just after two short months there I achieved a 36 degree curve back in my neck and no longer felt the pain in my leg or got headaches. Since going to them I have been headache free and being painfree allowed to be more physically active. All I can say is that I am relieved that good chiropractors like Dr. Jamy and Tim exist, Thanks.
