I loved my experience with Ponderosa Kennels, the staff was kind and kept me informed of my dogs progress throughout training. When I picked my dog up he was happy and well trained! Well worth the cost. Their training methods are fair and humane.
Would recommend to anyone! I never saw any questionable care in all the times I visited.

We were very disappointed in this business. We took our dog there for obedience training. For 1200, they take the dog for a month and train them for you. We had a bad feeling after dropping the dog off. The owner had at least 20 different dogs in kennels outside and their kennels were full of feces. Someone that we sopke with there told us that the owner also has more dogs somewhere else. We put our dog in the kennel and there was no where for her to lay down, no food, and no water. The next day we picked her up and it was raining. She was drenched and covered in her own feces. She was shaking and terrified. She is a puppy and all the other dogs she was with were full grown and barked at her the whole time. The whole situation made us very upset for our dog and we are very, very glad we went back for her.
