User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI despise Vonage after dealing with them on a billing issue. My modem and their router refused to cooperate,and finding someone in the Philippines that could provide answers was impossible. During your initial phone call, they do not inform you of the terms of the contract. You have 30 days to cancel service or they charge you for a full year's service. Any disputes are funneled back to their regular customer service department full of incompetent boobs. I have never dealt with a company with such lack of sense, decency, or competency. I will NEVER encourage anyone to use Vonage. Do not do business with them.

vonage is not a good place to get your voip. i had the service for 4 months and when i cancelled it they charged me $119.00 disconnecting fee
