    Sometimes the wait at the drive-thru will take a few minutes more than I might want, but the food is so good!! Well worth the extra minute or two. The service has always been good here too.

    This is the worst Pollo Loco I have ever been to. The chicken was burned, no flavor, the service was worse than poor. It took a long time to get my order. I have been to this place before and everything was good. It looks like they have a new staff. They are very slow and unsure of themselves. By the way the old staff was hispanic the new staff is not. Hmmm?
