Finally after many years of inconsistent service with the big nationals , I have found a company that really knows what it is doing! The communication is great thru follow-up phone calls after services are provided and they have never pressured me to buy what I do not need. They provided me with excellent techs and notes during the season and take 2 ph tests and evaluate my lawn twice a year to keep me informed! This year I had some lawn diseases and they were able to diagnose the type of disease and recommend a cure that resolved the issue. On the crabgrass issues they were right back out to treat those areas within 1 to 2 days. This company services and takes a scientific approach to lawn care! Thank you , Noon!

How I found a nice company to do my fertilizer and care about my lawn and me

I have had a fertilizer company for many years. (Big chain one) I haven't been disappointed, but haven't been thrilled either. This spring I called them because my lawn looked red. Two weeks later their tech came to do a fertilizer treatment. (Didn’t know I called in) I happened to be home so I went out and asked him about it. He said it was from grubs. I have had grubs before, but they never turned my lawn red. So I searched on the Internet and found with relative ease a lawn fungus called "Red Thread". I contacted my fertilizer people and they told me they can't treat it and it will go away on its own. Meanwhile my lawn is looking brown/red and, it's not getting better.
I used the Internet again and found a few smaller companies. I called three and left messages all on the same day between 1:00pm and 2:00pm. (I wasn't happy about leaving a message I just get this vision in my mind that there is an answering machine in the middle of an empty room and no one checks it.)
My wife was getting after me that night about the lawn, so I called one more company Noon Turf Care. When I called I expected an answering machine because it was 5:30pm. To my surprise I got a live answer from a gentlemen named John. I let him know I had a problem with my lawn. He asked me a few questions and them to my surprise over the phone he said, "you have Red Thread". I was floored, I didn't tell him what I had although I knew. He told me his company could treat it and save the rest of my lawn from this brown that was taking over. He was even able to quote me over the phone, and the price was $4 less then my other company.
Not only does my lawn look great but when I call with questions, or issues I get a person live on the phone. I called about weeds and within 24 hours there was a person at my house treating the weeds. These guys know what they are doing. Some of my neighbors asked me how I am going with and I gladly told them. The next thing I know I got $30 off one of my services. I called and asked why, and they told me one of my neighbors had signed up and gave my name. This is service. They have a client for life.

Price is one thing, Customer Service and follow through is another. This company has both. I was with another Lawn Care company from Hopedale and decided to give Noon a try. One of the best decisions I ever made for my lawn.
