I was SO impressed by how quickly the technician arrived and thoroughly pleased with the service I received. Rodney was courteous and patiently answered all of my questions. He also offered suggestions (and a product, which I purchased) as to how to prevent the problem from occuring again. Very impressive service!

He told me from the start whe the possible problems could be and he started with the cheaper end NOT the higher end as most plumbers would do. He had to knock out a wall at the top of my stairs to get to the plumbing fixtures that needed repair and also a small section of my kitchen ceiling. He was thoughtful enough to call Mr Tyler, who Grayton does business with to redo my ceiling, wall and replace a couple of tiles in the wall. Both men did a fantastic job! They both got their jobs done in the quickest time possible without sacrificing their own or Grayton's professional standards. What made me extremely happy was --- they REALLY cleaned up behind themselves once the job was done! I will continue to use your services and will not hesitate to recommend your business to others.
