User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI have used Royal Treatment for 2 years now and have NEVER had any negative issues with the techs or any service they provided me. Upfront and honest. Excellent at carpet cleaning, air ducts, they even came to my rescue when my sump pump went out. My basement was ruined. Royal Treatment dried me out and put my house back together. Royal Treatment honestly treats you like royalty. I refer them to all my family and friends.

There were no hidden costs or fees when they were through and they tackled some stains that no one could get out. Jim even told me what the stain was and what I had used to try to get it out myself. He is trully the stain detective. Keep up the great work!

Poor Service: Although they did show up on time, I found the service to be lacking. I could have done the same thing with a rented machine from the grocery store I think. They were in and out of my house so fast I couldn't believe they had done anything. I would not use them again.
