At first everyone seemed nice and professional. Very helpful and friendly. When it came to the financing, that was the beginning of a new story. Lou Newman is a very unprofessional individual. I admit that we had a challenging credit score, however, it was his job to run my credit. It took some work on his part and we were eventually approved. However, because the interest rate and monthly payments were so high we choose to not make the purchase. That is when Mr. Newman began his defensiveness and rude remarks. He actually spoke in his rude way to me in front of Mr. JD McNeil (one of the managers) and Mr. McNeil was ok with their employee insulting customers.
