| About: | Ever since Habana Outpost opened its doors to the public, it has been one of the most happening spots in Brooklyn. Unlike its original in Manhattan, this branch has two new features that set it apart, a solar-powered kitchen and an alfresco dining area. The interesting mosaic of colors makes for a great decor, while the traditional Mexican fare is the best you'll get in Brooklyn. On weekends the restaurant's patio is transformed into a market place with various art and craft items, and activities for the kids. The bio-degradable forks, knives, plates and furniture are something to look out for as are the special cups made of corn. |

Bartender with a bad attitude: The Outpost is a great spot to hang out with friends, family or even by yourself. The food is great and most of the staff is amazing [there is this one light skinned dark-haired bartender with no personality and major attitude]. The colorful setting and eco-friendly theme gives you a boost and a realization that some people really do care about our planet.
