We have been loyal Pizza Machine fans since the beginning. We did go there one final time even after the "take over" occured. We waited TWO hours for our food. Others in our party received their food before us (even though we ordered before them) and were offering us food. The staff had no handle on things whatsoever. We were offered a "discount" on our food basically amounting us paying for our sodas, salads (which we did receive) and a partial discount on our pizza that we couldn't even eat there at the resataurant WITH our group. I said something, and he reluctantly gave us our pizza free of charge....could tell he didn't want to do that at all. The "new" Pizza Machine is touting all these changes and that it's so much better than before. Yeah right! I'd be interested to read more reviews from people who have been there since the changes.

WELL I DO KNOW THAT WHEN THE TAKE OVER TOOK PLACE THEY HAD A 38% HELATH INSPECTION AND WERE GOING TO BE CLOSED. I KNOW THE LAST INSPECTION WAS IN THE PAPER AND WAS A WOPPING 100% THAT IS UNHEARD OF!!!!! -

The Pizza Machine is not the same since the take over. It is now just "another pizza place". Service was slow and the atmosphere was very unfriendly. Food was not the same, tasting different. I tried to overlook the controversy and give it a try but I wont be back unless Jerry and his brothers are given back the business they built and the hearet of the place is restored.
