User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsDelivery was prompt and on time as promised. Driver/delivery person, Cody, was cheerful, smiling, full of conversation and info about the company. Answered all questioned just like he was part owner... you can tell he loves his job. Just what disabled or sick people need whenever they're sometimes alone and confused during the day.
His personality surely reflects good training a confidence in the product that is being sold. Knowledge is power ! Mr. Cody is quite an asset to Total Medical Services and represents the company well. I applaud your organization and Cody for making my day brighter.
