Applebee's Neighborhood Grill

My husband and I had dinner at Applebee's last night and were pleasantly surprised. The waitstaff was professional and the food was very good. Our drinks were brought to us promptly (the coconut rum is out of this world) and the food was hot when served. Prices are reasonable and nice atmosphere. Sad that the previous posster had a bad experience..give it another try I say.
We have put Applebee's on our good list.

HORRIBLE!!!

Is there new management? We have been frequenting your location since its opening. Our last visit was most disappointing!

The host/server had poor hygiene (body odor), got one order wrong, managed to touch my fork, and was very lacking in his attention to our needs - drink refills, etc. I was informed that bread did not come with my steak, but I could pay extra for it if I wanted.

My visit to the ladies' room was not pleasant either. There was trash scattered around on the floor, one toilet was stopped up (no out of order note) and the seat on the other was hanging on by one bolt.

Needless to say, we will be looking for a new place to dine. What a shame!!
