Delicious! And lots of fun!: We spent a delightful afternoon with Fumi learning some of the secrets of great Japanese cooking. She's a wonderful teacher, and even if you're an absolute novice in the kitchen, you can learn to make gyoza, tempura, and sushi. She makes it all so easy, plus she'll provide you with a booklet of recipes to keep. And the best part of all? You get to sit down to a fabulous meal at the end of it!

Fumi is Second to None....: I have had the pleasure of experiencing Fumi Nagasaki-Pracel's Japanese cuisine on a number of occasions thus far, and it is truly extraordinary. Not only does Fumi lovingly and carefully prepare custom Japanese meals for groups of various sizes, but she also teaches the fine art of Japanese cuisine preparation and cooking.

Although It is a genuine pleasure to observe Fumi doing what she does best, which is the careful preparation of fine, fresh Japanese cuisine, it is even more enjoyable to eat her delicious, exquisitely prepared meals.

If you are a fan of truly excellent Japanese food (including sushi, etc), or someone who enjoys learning about the art of fine Japanese cuisine preparation, then look no farther than Fumi (you will be glad you did!).
