   Just moved here and didn't know who to call. I'm glad I call Protocall. Staff was very helpful and taught me a couple things about how to keep my computer maintained and secure. Will recommend them to my family here in Tucson.

   My problem began when my computer became slow, then I lost my internet connection. i was frustrated with everything. I called around to find out what I could do. I found this place and was glad to receive their service. I will continually use them because of their good service and prices.

   I was having a hard time at my business getting so many pop-ups & errors on my computers. I called a few places but chose Protocall because of the information I received over the phone. They were very friendly & seemed honest compared to the other people I spoke to. The technician that came to my business was very knowledgable & was able to fix my problem & help me understand computers more. I was very grateful. I would recommend them & I will be using them again in the near future.
