Dr. Neilsen is FANTASTIC! I had been to a few other Physicians and Chiropractors and have got no where near the relief from pain that I got from Dr. Neilsen. I started going to her after being recommended by friends that were aerobics instructors. They said "you hobble into her office on crutches and you walk out carrying them with you" I assume for the next potential emergency. This, my friend, is a STRONG endorsement.
I damaged my back from trying to pull plastic sheeting from covering a storm drain which happened to be covered with a thick layer of unnoticed mud. I suffered for years thinking that life, as I knew it, was over.
Well, I went in for an appointment with Dr. Neilsen, she gently felt what was wrong with me and made a few adjustments. NOT the jerking of the neck type of adjustments either.
When she was finished, she asked me to stand up , take a few steps and feel if that made the condition better. I got up tentatively as I was used to having such back pain for so long. NO PAIN!!!! I'm bending all over the place to see if this is true or just my imagination. Still in unbelievable amazement, I went to pay for the treatment and book another for next week. Dr. Neilsen told me that she didn't think I would need another treatment for my back but I was welcome to come back in if there was a need.
UNHEARD OF! All Chiropractors I've heard of, want to place you on a weekly schedule so they can make maximum $$. I've even seen a video on teaching Chiropractors how to make maximum profits from their business by NOT healing the patient.
Dr. Neilson IS THE EXCEPTION to this. She uses an "Applied Kinesiology" technique for treatment. Her treatment is outstanding and her fees are very reasonable.
It's been many years. My bad back pain has still never come back. I go in for slight things or a "tune up" every so often but that is all. It may be many months between visits for me.
Dr. Neilsen is a HEALER besides being a wonderful person. I have sent several people to her offices and they come back with great joy that they went. Do yourself a favor and give her a try. You will be thankful for years to come.
