I have been a loyal customer to the Starbucks chain all over the country for years. Today, on my first day off in awhile, I decided to treat my mother to a cold cup of coffee. We were both excited when I pulled up there to place my order and that is when it all happened. When I drove up to pay for my drinks, I had to basically lean into the window to get my change. No problem. When the baristas brought out the first drink, it wasn't iced like my mom wanted it to be. The lady working the drive thru then rolled her eyes at me when I asked for it to be iced. THEN when she brought out my drink, it was the wrong size. She then again, rolled her eyes at me, and closed the window while I was starting to tell her that I would take the drink anyways. So I parked and went inside to take care of the matter. I tried to tell this chic that she didn't have to make another drink but chose to ignore me anyways and shake her head no. WTF!?

This is one of the best starbucks I have ever been to! They might be super busy but, their staff is very friendly and the drinks are wonderful. A++ The store manager is always willing to help out the customers or his crew. I alsways see him there; it seems like he never leaves.
