User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsWait is always kinda long being the best location for a restuarant. The service is friendly and fast which is appropriate for the location. The food here is decent but not worth the price. the place is crowded and loud making a nice get away kinda difficult. This is more of a expensive chit chat posh atmoshpere than a true sit down dining exp.

This is one of my faves! I love their cheesecake..its a lil expensive , but soo worth it if you love cheesecake. I also had this bowtie pasta dish with tomatoes and carmalized onions that was out of this world good...i'd reccomend it...but maybe go BEFORE dinner hour, cause the wait can be kinda long..

Today Dec.30 at 13:11 I called in and did Curbside. I have gone to Cheesecake Factory
many times and sat in your restaurant which is awesome, customer svc
and food. I usually use the curbside a lot, because my husband doesn't do well in crowds. I did curbside today and ordered a belgian waffle with strawberries,pecan & chantilly cream, then whoever took my order said what I wanted is a Napolean and it really didn't register w/me at the time.
When I brought my order home it wasn't the belgium waffle that I ordered, but the Napoleon which I don't like french toast w/strawberries and the french toast somehow had a bitter or onion taste to it. I know you cook a lot of foods, but this is the first time I was actually disappointed, because I didn't get my waffle and it was very oily and it
did not taste good. I will remember to really specify next time I do not
want a Napoleon, I want my Giant Belgium Waffle w/strawberries, pecans, & chantilly cream like it states on your menu. thank you D
