Toro Viejo Mexican Restaurant

I have been going to this restaurant since it opened. You can not beat the quality and prices, they are great, as well as the friendly service. They have now changed their name to Janitzio, so don't think anything else has changed, same management, same good food, same good prices. This food is quality, not fat and grease as you may find in other similar restaurants. The salads are also fantastic. Try asking for the black beans instead of the refried beans, very tasty alternative and lots less calories. If you go for lunch, go early ( 11 AM) or go late ( after 1pm) as the locals flock to this popular restaurant.

After trying them all, I can confidently say that Toro Viejo has the BEST Mexican food in Twin Falls, maybe the Magic Valley. Simple interior, homey atmosphere, but boy can they cook. Try the Chili Verde, it's fantastic. They serve the best Fajitas which include generous portions of meat which most of the other Mexican restaurants scrimp on. Down town on Main Street Twin Falls also makes for fantastic date night romance fellas.
