0ne year ago i bought a car at sloane toyota. i was happy with the sales man steven taroni. Thats where my problems started with sloane as soon as they had my money for my car and extended warranty they could care less about service. i just brought the car in for an inspection and they are telling me that i had work done on it to remove parts that just were never put in such as a shock absorbing foam and bolts to hold on the bumper were missing and they rold me my warranty wont cover it because my wife had a fender bender at 5 miles per hour. Then they lie to me and tell me its been painted when i know it has not they would not honor there waranty and there word. avoid shopping here they will give you horrible service after they have your money. The manager jeff basiclly admitted to hiding behind the accident. Then they tried to charge me for extra work i did not approve. They did not do right by me. Be aware when dealing with them they will take your money and then make excuses why they cannot honor there warranties. They were saying things about missing vin numbers that only they could find. Very dissapointed in there service.
