andy has always tinted my family and friend's cars. we're always referring people to andy and i've never had complaints. he's quick, inexpensive and good at what he does.

Very unprofessional. Went to Andy about a month and a half ago to have him remove another shady tint job and replace it. I picked the car up Friday and had an abnormal amount of bubbles but trusted they would go away. By Monday some were still there but had a blemish on the back drivers side window. Andy confirmed it was adhesive he missed when removing the original tint. Made an apptment to have that redone as well as the front drivers side door as there was adhesive left on that window to. Picked my car up the 2nd time and as soon as I sat in it two things - 1) the car reeked of smoke and I have always been a nonsmoker and 2) there were three parallel lines any one in their right mind as long as they weren't legally blind could've seen...right in sight of the side mirror so now every time I look in my mirror my anger grows. I called Andy to see if I could bring it by have him take a look at it and let me know if there was anything he could do. Left another message the next day as well. He never called back. A few weeks later I filed a complaint against him with the BBB although now he seems content in ignoring it. I decided to go with Andy because a co-worker had her car tinted by him and her husband had a couple of his cars done by him. All there cars were flawless. What's the problem with mine? Blantanly obvious lines in my view and you're going to tell me he didn't seem them. So he doesn't return calls and I guess my lifetime warranty is out the window. Just PLEASE beware if you go to this guy...my faith in tint guys is seriously gone after my headaches.
