User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsMost of the employees are wonderful. The ladies up front do a fantastic job. I wish they would get better baggers, but since most are "challenged", I guess it's ok.
There are a couple of cashiers who should go...The big man does nothing but complain about his job and health, and if he would stop talking so much he would be faster. 3 people in line with 1 or 2 items each, and you'll be in his line 20 minutes. Hard to believe he has almost 20 years in(so HE says)because he is a lousy cashier.
The girl with the long wavy dark hair chews gum like a cow and is very rude. She likes to talk with other cashiers even with a customer present, and swears alot.
All in all, very nice clean store.-

I spoke with the bakery personnel the last time I was looking for a cake and they confirmed that the cakes are not home made. They come from commercial mixes and are full of trans fat.
Trans fat has been discovered to cause heart disease and no amount of trans fat is good to consume (ie. some manufactures state "0 Grams" because under 1 gram is the content; however, the product does have the hydronated fat ingredient.)
Why can't we have real food as ingredients (ie. eggs, flour, oil, butter, etc)? I hope that Stracks considers becoming a more natural bakery. Until then...have to skip them. -
