I have lived there for almost a year and in the beginning I was fairly happy. Management changed so much over the last year it was crazy! Doane is awesome, that Kim can be airheaded at times. There is no playground for the kids, but yet the dogs have one! So if the pool is only open seasonally what are the kids to do. Anbd I have yet to see any construction, just a huge pile of dirt near the back of the property... Nice development, but not that nice!

I moved in last month and I dont understand what you guys are talking about. I looked at a lot of properties in the area. Kim and Diane are GREAT!!! They are new but they have there stuff togeather. I had one issue with my apartment and Scott came out the same day and fixed it. Sure the landscaping needs to be taken care of, however they have reassured me that they are working on this for this summer.

I agree with all the reviews. This place is a shame, very cheaply built, management is awfful, they don't care about your requests. I have had problems with water leaks, the toilets are disgusting, appliances do not work properly, you can barely move inside shower in master bath. And, the WORSE of it, THERE ARE MICES IN THE PORPERTY!!!! The management does not care!!!!!!
