User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsAll I can say is BEWARE! I noticed the comments posted are from 2007 and I have to warn all of you, times have changed more than you know! I have had a file with NOVO for 2-3 months now, just slow as molasses and a million excuses and 2 weeks after they received the last condition.... TWO full weeks I get an email saying guess what the LTV allowed dropped by 15%.... just the day before!!!??? What about the fact they had everything they requested for 2 WEEKS?! They could care less! This is BULL! I have jumped through every ridiculous hoop they threw at me and now what do I tell my borrower???!!! Tough? Sorry? You know who's sorry? NOVO Mortgage Group!! Stay far away as you can!! They are not looking out for you, their customers, at all!! I hope many many people are able to read this and get the word out. What an incredible waste of time!! I admit I had a tough loan but all the time I thought there was a chance to get this done... they were just blowing smoke! I am really doubting whether they are legitimate at all!!!

I must confess, I LOVE WES!: My husband and I had seen an ad on television for the Countrywide Combo loan and had applied directly with Countrywide and were denied! We then received a mailer from Wes and figured "what the heck" and gave him a ring.
Wes was able to get the Countrywide Combo Loan through their wholesale business channel and got us an even better loan than Countrywide was offering! I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't seen it. Thank You Wes, for a job well done.
