GREAT BODY SHOP !!!
I took my car there because a friend of a friend... I didn't want to wait to take my brand new car to the dealer so I took his advise and dropped my car off right away. Carlos was great... this was my first accident so he helped me with a lot of my silly little questions, and took extra great care of my car. When my car was finally delivered to my home, I couldn't be more impressed about how the whole situation turned out. There was a minor scratch on my bumper not related to the accident that was INVISIBLE after the fact. The whole process was smooth and painless!!!! I recommend this body shop to anyone who does not have the time or knowledge to deal with insurance companies or rental cars. They took care of me A to Z !!!

My 2008 accord was hit at the right-back side by a lady failing to stop at the stop sign out of a parking lot. This left a hole on my back bumper, a slightly bended back wheel and a few bumps/scratch on my back door. I visited about 5 body shops to get estimates because this was my first car accident in 10 years. I accidentally found MAGIC TOUCH on google while searching for reviews for the other 4 body shops. I was really amazed by the reviews left on MAGIC TOUCH. I never saw a body shop keeping over 99% feedback positive at full score. It must have something wonderful. From the reviews, I concluded that people were really attracted to this shop by its service quality. I guess the other body shop should not have problem to have the repair work done, but they may not likely have as good service, especially the valuable bonus services as MAGIC TOUCH can provide. Surprisingly, the estimate from MAGIC TOUCH was the lowest amount from the 5 body shops. I was worried about this initially, since I wanted the quality to bring my car back to before and the bill is on the other party's insurance anyway. After talking to Carlos, I feel he's giving the fair price and he's going to represent the customer's best interests, rather than the insurance company's, unlike some farmers COD shops may do. He really worked around my concerns and tried his best to satisfy the customer within the insurance company's policy limitation. The online reviews really set my expectation high. However when I saw my car a week later, which was fairly quick based on my other estimates, I was really amazed to see my "brand new" Accord shinning in the parking lot. The damages were fixed really well. I could hardly tell the difference before the accident, except for being better than before. Thanks to the excellent detailing job, most of the scratches around the car were also gone. This detailing was one of the main reason I chose MAGIC TOUCH. I was not disappointed at all. They also cleaned my car in and out. I really appreciate for the efforts putting on my car. Their services certainly deserve 5 stars, as I could not put on 6 starts or more. :) I would definitely recommend this body shop to everyone.

I feel that I can review this business because my father owned a Auto body shop for 26 years. I run that business for 9 years, I wrote estimates and supervised body repair and paint. My father retired two years ago, so now when I get into a fender bender, I have to find a shop! I was very nervous because I know that there is a lot of bad guys out there, especially in that industry. Many of the large shops use cheap labor, guys right out school with zero experience. I can advise to always trust a smaller shop for the best quality work.

I knew that MAGIC TOUCH always had a great reputation, So I took my wrecked car and my sob story over there on a Monday morning. The place is very easy to find right of I95 & 103rd (441) . I met Carlos, who is the General Manager , The whole I was looking around for any clues of the quality of repairs the shop would offer. I think he picked up on my vibe and asked if I wanted to see some of his work. He showed me 1969 Chevrolet camaro, and that was all it took...it was flawless!

I asked a ton of questions about the type of repairs that would be done to my vehicle. He wrote and estimate and it was perfectly fair, I agreed with everything he wrote, and I have written hundreds of auto damage estimates!

OK SO HERE IS THE BEST PART!!!!

I had a $500 deductible, and he said I only had to pay $250!!!
wait what's the catch you ask...
nothing...he will not skip on anything, I would get everything exactly as it is written in my estimate. The discount comes out of his profit. I was told that he amount of damage your car has determines the amount they can knock off your deductible.

I picked up my car in record time, and it was flawless...(trust me I checked every detail) I am a very happy girl with my car fixed...and he even vacuumed the inside and washed it for me!.
