cramped and awkward seating: At a recent concert my wife and I were absolutely uncomfortable with the expensive seats we purchased. The way the seats are set up unless you on the floor or directly in front of the stage you must turn completely to the side to view everything. We could not see the performance and the 1 square foot of space you get to stand in (noone was ever sitting) was inadequate to say the least. The person next to me took her space and half of mine. I went guest services to seek help and I was basically told too bad. It was a terrible night because I spent 100 bucks for the seats and we did not have a good time. Don't waste your time or money on this place.
