About:This venue has two concert halls in one space. One of them is called The Ballroom, which has a capacity of 1500 and the other is The Studio, which can hold 150 people. Both have separate bars and restrooms, stages, sound and lighting systems, right down to the entrances and exits. The 1920's come alive in this Warehouse with leather sofas and strategically placed antique pieces, but parking can sometimes be a problem. A lot of non-metered street parking with three surface lots is, however, close by.

Certainly not the worst venue in Houston, but there's a real lack of seating and the place is cold, no character whatsoever. I was not impressed with this venue.

    1. They had one guy with a security wand scanning 2000 people and one guy taking tickets as well. 2. The venue is one floor. No flat screens, and the sound quality is horrible. Security guards are NOT nice if you are on the rail and trying to see the stage. Don't expect to actually see the act you paid to see, or hear them for that matter, as the sound quality is horrible. 3. Smoking area is a joke. It's a 10 minute walk to the outside smoking area that's available to patrons and there's no bar available. 4. Buy your tickets for House of Blues in Austin or Dallas and make the drive.. This place is horrible, and it's no wonder that Houston can't attract real talent on a regular basis.

This place sux! overcrowded, and if you don't get to show early you may have to stand behind the merchandise area"that's nice", and the band or bands are always late to start. I went to queensryche last week not see three losers try to sing in a contest, then don dokken could not get his sound right, all acoustic set, also sucked. I was so dissapointed after only three don songs grabbed my girl and got the hell out there. HUGE Queensryche fan and never heard a single song by them. NEVER RETURN!!!!!!!
