Something Different: I never thought I'd "need" acupuncture..However, little aches & pains keep popping up.I'm not one for alot of meds,since they seem to all come with more problems or side affects than the things that it helps.My husband was sent to Jonathan Cohen by his doctors at the VA. Dr. Cohen is amazing.My husband has been able to cut back on some his meds,& was able to get rid of one altogether.Considering the amount of pain he's in,anything that will allow him less meds the better.In a long term situation such as his, sometimes you have to think outside of the box.Eastern medicine has long been turned to by those frustrated with conventional western medicine.Eastern medicine can work very harmoniously with more conventional methods, but I think once you start going,you'll find the alternative so much better.Dr Cohen is a very professional man.There's calming atmosphere in his office. He has herbs,oils,etc for most any need. It's definitely worth looking into if you're frustrated with your currant general physical health. He is a fully licensed Acupuncture Physician,& National Board Certified Acupuncturist & Herbalist.
